Our factories are located in Macomer, in the Marghine region, in the heart of Sardinia. This is where we develop our production chain and where we process lamb, beef and pork, some of which comes from our own farms in Sardinia, and some from other Sardinian, Italian and European farms.

Meat from our Sardinian farms brings all the flavor of its unique surroundings to your table. It is impossible not to fall in love with an area where the majesty of centuries-old oaks is enhanced by the scent of the undergrowth and the fragrance of the Mediterranean maquis, carried by the mistral. You will find the essence of our pastures in our traditional Sardinian meats and cured meats. Through them, you will be able to experience a unique taste of Sardinia. Preserving these flavors and offering them to our clients every day is what makes us proud. It is a commitment that has become the philosophy that underpins our work.
